Every year the First Congregational Church of Fall River holds the Blessing of the Animals. Usually I read about the event, after the fact, in the local paper in some story where they inevitably mention the oddest pet brought to be blessed. This year I have been asked to help spread the word! So here is the official announcement:

with the Blessing of our Animal Friends!
All Pets Welcome!

This event WILL still take place even with the current weather conditions. The petting zoo has been moved inside the church.
